About E-Legal

 

 

The Training

 

VLT and The Kingdom have come up with the first 1 weekd Intensive Legal Training Program in Romania: E-Legal.

 

It is a mix of real life scenarios brought togheter by experience design, the ever-changing Romanian Law, the experience gathered up by the trainers and the skill-set it builds as a direct consequence.

 

All 2nd and 3rd year Law School students are therefore challenged to E-Legal Training!

 

Students will receive in-depth instruction on all components of a trial, including evidence, objections, and courtroom decorum. Participants will learn how to make artful and persuasive opening statements, examinations and closing arguments. Every step of the way, members of the E-Legal Training Team will coach participants through daily exercises that will help them practice what they learn.

 

At the end of the week, students will use the knowledge they've gained to compete in a full mock trial judged by skilled practitioners from Romania's legal community.

Methodes of teaching

 

Mock Trial

 

The Mock Trial is an activity in which students learn the principles of trial advocacy and then apply those principles as they try a fictitious case. Involvement in Mock Trial fosters increased self-confidence, improved analytical and speaking skills and the ability to work well with others – not to mention it’s a lot of fun.
